In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the office order no. 4700 dated 21.7.2015 by which the petitioner has been deprived of his salary for the period of suspension i.e. from 31.10.2014 to 24.2.2015 and has raised a grievance that he has wrongly been deprived of his salary, though the order of suspension has been withdrawn, against that, the petitioner has filed an appeal which is still pending before the appellate authority i.e. the Chairman of the Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7888 of 2017 dt.31-08-2018 2/2 Let the appellate authority should decide the case of the petitioner by taking a decision in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
