The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 175/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the written report that this petitioner along with co-accused Avinash Kumar had taken Rs. 6,62,000/- from the informant for providing him job in Chaukidari as Group D. It is further alleged that accused persons have taken money from several other persons for providing them job and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that false allegation has been levelled against him. There is no document in support of allegation levelled against the

Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 175/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
