The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147 149/ 307/ 323/ 324/ 341/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute between the parties, the petitioner allegedly assaulted with iron rod to the father of the informant. The doctor has found stitch wound on the person of the injured. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34968 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.38 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
