There is a joint submission before the Court by counsel of both sides that they have agreed to settle their differences and to restart the life.

Let them appear before the SDJM, Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No.2885 of 2013 and file a petition to that effect and the court below without remanding the husband to custody shall sit with the parties not only on one day but on dates which could be desirable so as to finding out the creases in the relationship and attempt to iron them out. If the reconciliation to be taken up by the court below succeeds, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail on execution of a bond to the court's pleasure.
