2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 65 Kg. Mahua flowers were recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is joint possession of the family. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.Β.), the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
