Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 456 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

The F.I.R. of occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2018. Nothing was recovered from his possession, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. Investigation of the case is already closed. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36486 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lodipur Police Station Case No.159 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
