2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 13.01.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 2480 of 2021, arising out of Bihpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2021 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 3rd, Naugachia.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
