Patna High Court CWJC No.14912 of 2010 dt.28-04-2015 2/2 of a Panchayat Teacher because they happened to be wards of the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat. This is a matter which is required to be looked into by Block Development Officer, Sarairanjan, district Samastipur. If the position indicated with regard to their continuance is correct, immediate steps will be required to be taken because now the vigilance enquiry has thrown up the fact that the entire selection process was vitiated and therefore, no right in favour of any person accrues.
