2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 584 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 60 litre of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51660 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 on completion of six months in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, (Excise Act)-II, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 584 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
