JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-04-2015 Adjudication with regard to grievance of the petitioner will be academic now because after 2012 the entire procedure and eligibility for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher has undergone a change. The applicants will also have to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test. All these things surely will come in the way of any consideration for grant of relief in favour of the petitioner. Writ is, therefore, required to be dismissed in the changed circumstances.
