Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 372/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/353/427/509 / 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners and the fact that they bear clean antecedents, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed, subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61148 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 condition that the petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Bojpur at Ara.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 372/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
