JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Government Official Complaint Case No. 32 C2 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(i), 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 4 liters Mahua liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for two months and the fact that only 4 litres Mahua liquor was seized, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
