2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section-305(b) of B.N.S. 2023.

3. Allegedly, the red coloured Maisi Tractor of the informant was stolen away by the miscreants.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 16-05-2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49314 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-V, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025.
