2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238 & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was called by one Ritesh Prasad for working as Raj Mistri and on the next day, the dead body of the deceased was recovered.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the selfinculpatory statement of one Banti Sah. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025. The co-accused Banti Sah has confessed that he along with the petitioner and co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49602 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 Munna Yadav killed the informant's husband and thrown the dead body in the river.
