2. In this writ application filed on 08.05.2017, the petitioner has sought for quashing of Notification No. 3878 dated 30.03.2017 whereby he had been transferred on administrative ground from the Department of Social Welfare and posted as Section officer in the State Commission for Development of Upper Caste. There is no order passed, in the meanwhile, by this Court staying the operation of the impugned order.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent-State of Bihar stating therein that the petitioner has already submitted his joining to the transferred post. There is no material to indicate that the Notification for transfer of the petitioner, is, beyond jurisdiction or in violation of any statutory provision.

4. It appears that this application has lost its efficacy and is, accordingly, dismissed.
