The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 510 of 2021, dated 27.11.2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father of the boy who wanted to marry the daughter of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50496 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/3 The informant's daughter went missing for quite some time and on enquiry, it was found that the petitioner along with others had arranged for kidnapping of the victim for the purposes of marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation has been hurled because of some confusion between the parties but now, the informant does not wish to prosecute the petitioner or others any further. It has further been submitted that the victim has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2022 and does not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
