JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to grant of promotion has been ultimately redressed by notifying his promotion from the date he was found eligible in the year 2010. Earlier the petitioner did not fulfil the prescribed criteria for promotion and therefore, he was not selected in the year 2009.

Be that as it may, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
