Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1136 of 2014 dt.17-08-2015 2/2 Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that after investigation the Investigating Officer of the case has already submitted charge sheet vide Charge Sheet No. 29 of 2015. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
