Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., he is not identified as assailant of the deceased. The occurrence took place in presence of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released after completion of the investigation against the petitioner, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36499 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaul Police Station Case No.86 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
