The order dated 25.06.2013 stands modified or clarified by virtue of the fact that any dues with regard to the teachers of such project schools are required to be given benefit of regularization and payments either from 01.01.1989 or 25.01.2000. Such payments cannot be pushed back beyond those dates.

In the case of the present private respondent who was petitioner, the relevant date is 01.01.1989, therefore, the order and direction issued by the learned Single Judge on 25.06.2013 in CWJC No.16137 of 2011 will be read to mean payments from 01.01.1989.
