2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.95 of 2024, arising out of Uchkagaw P.S. Case No.261 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 08.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20069 of 2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail one year after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2023 and charge has already been framed on 15.06.2024, but trial has not concluded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54526 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 and more than 1 year has been lapsed. He further submits that report has been called for.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and progress of the trial has been called for. From the progress report, it transpires that 5 charge-sheet wintesses have been examined and only one private witness and I.O. have to be examined.

7. Counsel further submits that the there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
