JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Learned counsel for the private respondents, in presence of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP No. 10, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, which is a Scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. He submits that the Bihar Land Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is already functioning and as such, he submits that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

In view of the facts and circumstances and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
