Mandal, the counsel for the State.

The writ application alleges wilful/deliberate disregard of the order dated 03.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7923 of 2015 (Annexure-1).

Patna High Court MJC No.1142 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 Having appreciated the contention of the parties, the Court disposed of the writ application permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondentMunicipal Commissioner for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.

Along with show cause filed on behalf of O.P. No. 5, the copy of the order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the Municipal Commissioner has been enclosed.

The counsel for the Corporation has submitted with reference to the statements made in the show cause as well as Annexure-A that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of. The order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.

The counsel for the petitioner made certain submissions to challenge the correctness thereof. In my view, in contempt jurisdiction, the veracity of the order cannot be considered.

On going through the statements made in the show cause, I am satisfied, that the opposite parties have complied with the order passed by this Court.

The contempt application is dismissed.
