Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Section 47(E) of the Excise Act and Section 3 of the Mahua Flawer Act.

Allegedly 32 sacks of Mahua were recovered from shop of the petitioner.

It is contended that petitioner has entered into an agreement with the co-villagers for the produce of trees of Mahua @ Rs.15,000/- per annum which is not for the purpose of preparation of liquor rather it is for the use as cattle feed. Petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six
