Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the injury ascribed against the petitioner has been found to be substantiated in the form of four injuries on the head of the injured, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. That being so, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected. Nonetheless, the petitioner will definitely have a
