ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2018 in connection with Kotwali (Munger) P.S. Case No.241 of 2003 registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only for the reason that the petitioner had accepted Rs.21,000/- for making some door and window and 40% of the work was executed by him, the case under Section 406 of the I.PC has been lodged. It is further submitted that the petitioner had assured that the work would be done, but for a loss of Rs.12,000/-, the petitioner has been languishing in jail. Learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36667 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 counsel submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Considering the nature of allegations made and that he has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali (Munger) P.S.
