The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017 in connection with Kajralli P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a case of love affairs but subsequently, under the pressure of parents, the girl turned around and stated against the petitioner It is further submitted that the girl had gone with the petitioner with her own sweet will. The medical report does not substantiate any case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that the girl is aged about 18 years and has married with another person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the investigation is complet, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36903 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajralli P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. No. 164 of 2018.
