JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No. 07 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 379, 323, 325, 324, 504, 307 and 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons started damaging the toilet constructed by the informant, on protest, the petitioners have assaulted the informant and petitioner no.1 has snatched the golden chain of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries found on the person of the informant and others were simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
