JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A and 494 of the I.P.C. and Section 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that after institution of the present case, the complainant performed her second marriage and the petitioner has also performed second marriage, as such, the complainant is not opposing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the petitioner, above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60528 of 2021(5) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with C. R. Case No.1063 of 2019, Trial No.1478 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
