The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner as per the first information report is that the informant was working as BDO in Bandhan Bank and went to collect money from a party and while the informant was returning back, he was intercepted by two persons and who looted money collected by informant to the tune of Rs.12,475/- and also looted group register and one mobile phone.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is not named in the F.I.R.

No.48742 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that his name has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by the arrested co-accused Md. Guddu. Learned counsel further submits that earlier one Deepak Kumar was arrested who disclosed the name of Md. Guddu.
After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is not named in the F.I.R. and no recovery of any incriminating article has been made from the possession of the petitioner, as such, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Rahul/- U
