JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 28 litres of foreign liquor.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about 1 1⁄2 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
