The petitioner has been in custody since 11.04.2018 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire seizure list is bogus and the same was not supplied to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery was made from the road side and not from the conscious possession from the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal

No.36770 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.,IV, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018.
