JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 For the reasons mentioned in this application, the prayer made therein is allowed and the name of the village of the petitioner as recorded in the order dated 12.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 9510 of 2014 is modified to the extent that the name of the village of the petitioner would be read as Bihta in place of Barki Mahal as has been now also placed on record by way of filing of a fresh Vakalatnama of the petitioner enclosed in a supplementary affidavit filed today.

Thus, the order of this Court dated 12.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 9510 of 2014 shall stand modified only to the extent indicated above.

Consequently, in view of such correction in the order of this Court dated 12.11.2014, the petitioner in order to get the privilege of being released on must surrender within a period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50063 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 four weeks from today and the Court below thereafter shall release the petitioner on bail in terms of aforesaid order of this Court dated 12.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 9510 of 2014. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U T
