The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusations are of assaulting the informant with iron rod, fists, kicks, lathi, abusing by calling caste name and snatching Rs. 2500/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the occurrence is of 29.10.2014 and F.I.R. was registered on 23.12.2014 and there is no injury report on the record which has been also
