JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.1.2018, passed in CWJC No. 1267 of 2018, the Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger has passed a speaking order dated 3.5.2018.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.1682 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 3.5.2018, if so advised, by availing such other remedies as are otherwise available under law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
