1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 27.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.36818/2024. It is submitted that inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.36818/2024, the name of the father was recorded as Late Trishul Singh, when the name of the father of the petitioner is Ashok Kumar Singh, as such, the learned counsel submits that the description of the petitioner be rectified to read as " Niranjan Kumar Singh Son of Ashok Kumar Singh, Resident of Village- Sardiha, Police Station - Simari Bakhtiyarpur, District - Saharsa"

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 27.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.36818/2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

4. If the petitioner surrenders on or before 14.08.2024, his bail bond shall be accepted on the same terms and condition.

5. The modification application is allowed.
