Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused, Pankaj Yadav who opened fire, causing fire arm injury to the informant and so far as petitioners are concerned; it is only stated that they were carrying fire-arms in their hands. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of their arrest or

No.11192 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Ankur Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
