The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.182 of 2021 arising out of Falka P. S. Case No.30 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 411, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case. Allegation is of recovery of stolen motorcycle and master key along with mobile from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61406 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 was completely unaware that the motorcycle which he had borrowed from his friend was stolen one and the master key was kept in the motorcycle itself and was not recovered from the petitioner.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar in connection with S.T. No.182 of 2021 arising out of Falka P. S. Case No.30 of 2021, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be the maternal grandfather of the petitioner namely, Jameel Ahmad.

The application stands allowed.
