The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Baliya P.S.Case No. 343 of 2017 registered under Sections 379,457 and 461 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that merely on the basis of police informer's information that petitioner was seen wandering around the school in the evening on the alleged date of occurrence, has been made accused, however, no stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 23.01.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Munna Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Baliya P.S.
