The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Neither the vehicle nor the incriminating articles belong to the petitioner. Further he submits that the apprehended person did not take the name of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
