2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating the Contempt Proceedings against the Opposite Parties for willfully and deliberately not complying with the direction issued vide Order dated 15.04.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C No.11086/2021, by which the opposite parties were under legal obligation to

2/5 adjudicate the claim of the petitioner by ensuring the matter to be taken to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of six months from the date the petition is preferred along with all the documents, or further be pleased to Order/direct the opposite parties to comply the direction in true spirit and tenor besides awarding punishment for willfully disobeying the Order of this Hon'ble Court.

3. The show cause of opposite party nos. 3 to 5 is on record after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Paragraph nos. 7 to 9 read as follows:

7. That in reply to paragraph no 3, 4 and 5 it is stated that petitioner has submitted the application in prescribed FORM-B issues in connection with the Digha Acquisition land Settlement Scheme 2014 on 04.05.2018 for payment of compensation. In the Panchat no.

3/5 132 the survey plot no. 1460 Area -0.77 acre is on the name of Pitambar Roy S/o. Jalim Roy village Digha. And from Pitamber Rai petitioner father late Rajmani Rai purchased 1134. 167 sq ft land in the year 1982 later on which was acquired by BSHB for which the Board letter no. 3198 dated 16.09.2019 asked the petitioner to produce the original Sale Deed the paper of Ownership how the land was inherited by the petitioner and also a genealogical table issued by the respective circle officer. After submission of document necessary examination will be conducted by the board. Petitioner submitted incomplete documents which are being examined by the board and board issued letter no. 2248 dated 24.06.24 and letter no. 2820 dated

4/5 29.07.25 to Divisional Office and constituted a committee for inspection of site and after inspection the report shall be submitted to board. If the claim of petitioner found genuine the compensation shall be paid by the board. The Board has issued a letter no. 3259 dated 29.08.2025 to the petitioner and asked to furnish a genealogical table which shows how the land was acquired/inherited by the petitioner father along with genealogical table/Parivar register issued by respective circle officer which is yet to furnish by the petitioner and also ask the petitioner to identify the land which was acquired by the Board.

8. That the board issued letter no.

3961 dated 31.10.2025 to circle officer, Patliputra, Patna for

5/5 demarcation of plot no. 1460 khata no.827 area 1134.1667 sq ft for payment compensation to petitioner for acquisition of land by the Bihar State Housing Board.

9. That the Board also issued letter no. 3960 dated 31.10.2025 to the petitioner for submission of Genealogical Table/Pariwarik Register issued by the concerned circle officer for earliest payment of compensation and compliance of Hon'ble court order

4. In that background, the Court is convinced that the order stands complied.

5. The MJC No. 2425 of 2025 is disposed of.
