The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that petitioner no.1, namely, Budhram Bin @ Vidhram Bin is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against him, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. His application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Gautam

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Gautam Bin, Akshay Bin @ Akshay Kumar and Amrita Devi is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4, namely, Gautam Bin, Akshay Bin @ Akshay Kumar and Amrita Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
