JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the IPC and Sections 30(A), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2018 in connection with the seizure of 3.6 liter liquor.

Considering the quantity of liquor and the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd
