In this writ application the petitioner has challenged the memo no. 63 dated 13.12.2017 issued under the signature of respondent no. 2 whereby and whereunder the petitioner was placed under suspension.

It is not denied that during pendency of the writ application the disciplinary authority has passed an order terminating the services of the petitioner. In view of the final order having been passed by the disciplinary authority which is not under challenge in the present writ application, this writ
