2. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3827 of 2014 dated 04.12.2014 submits that the present writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar to consider her case for restoration of her privilege to operate Bank account.
3. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar along with a copy of order dated 04.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3827 of 2014. In case, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21367 of 2014 dt.01-10-2018 2/2 petitioner approaches the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar along with a copy of order dated 04.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3827 of 2014, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
