2. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3827 of 2014 dated 04.12.2014 submits that the present writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar to consider her case for restoration of her privilege to operate Bank account.

3. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar along with a copy of order dated 04.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3827 of 2014. In case, the
