Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties have jointly submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation on mutually agreed terms and a report dated 18.10.2024 to that effect has been submitted by the learned Mediator, which has been kept at Flag M.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I find that

4. The bail application, accordingly, stands consigned.
