Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014 registered under Sections406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are purchasers, the petitioner No. 3 is broker, the petitioner No. 4 is co-vendor and the petitioner No. 5 is identifier of the sale deeds and it is also an admitted position that co-accused, Vinod Prasad and two others have already been granted regular bail by this court vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9407 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 dated 03-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44512 of 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, the petitioners, named above in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
