Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar.

In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, the stand has been taken that benefit of one ACP has been granted to the petitioner and accordingly all admitted dues have been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had sought grant of 3rd ACP under the MACP scheme which has not

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no. 1 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner with regard to grant of further ACP. If such representation is filed within four weeks along with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 1 shall pass a reasoned order thereupon within the next three weeks. If any payment is to be made pursuant to such decision, the same shall also be made within the next four weeks.
