1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 447, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024 and he is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that informant on account of dispute relating to land has falsely implicated the petitioner. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assaulting the injured is on Ramanand Sahani and the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that Amarnath Sahni had moved this

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P. S. Case No.78 of 2024.

6. The application stands allowed.
