The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant made allegations that she was married to Vivek Kumar Sinha on 11.12.2011 but thereafter her husband and other members of family subjected her to physical and mental torture and her husband solemnized second marriage with Vijeta Kumari.
It appears that the complainant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are in-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8387 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 laws of the complainant.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Complaint Case C.R. No. 987c of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
